REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSROOM COURSES

No refund of Admission cum Scholarship Test fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. It is towards administrative expenses incurred by the company.

No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Classroom Courses like Crash Courses / Test Series Courses / Capsule Courses

All those students who get enrolled themselves for the two years classroom program before the declaration of the X board exams., results must be submited with their applications for refund of scholarships along with photocopy of the class X board exams mark-sheet latest by Sept 30th of the year. The scholarship refund amount will be paid to the students on the basis of their eligibility for merit scholarship after 15th November, 2013.

Any student applying for the scholarship refund after 30th Sept, will not be entitled for refund under any circumstances.

If any student pays the fee for any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses and wants to withdraw/asks for refund before commencement of classes / course in the Institute,admission and first installment of tuition fee paid will be refund back along with PDCs ,if any submitted.Fee against registration or any other additional amount charged against adminstrative expenses shall not be refunded in any case.

If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses leaves the classes / Institute within 10 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the Institute due to whatever reason, the tuition fee paid will be refunded along with PDCs submitted, if any. The registration fee & admission fee will not be refunded.

If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses, leaves the classes / Institute within 20 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the Institute due to whatever reason, the 75% of the tuition fee paid (in 1st installment) will be refunded along with the PDCs submitted, if any. The registration fee & admission fee will not be refunded.

If any student leaves the classes/Institute after 20 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the Institute due to whatever reason, then no refund of admission fee and tuition fee paid & encashed will be made under any circumstances. Only the PDC’s (if any) which have not been encashed on the date of refund application shall be cancelled / returned.

All refund cheques will be issued in the name of student / parents only.

For the purpose of calculation of refund:

For the calculation of days for refund of fee, 1st date of commencement of the batch shall be considered as first day of the course and days shall be counted from the first date of commencement of the course officially declared,date of joining of course by the student shall not be considered relevant for counting the number of days for refund of fee,every number of days shall be counted from day of commencement only.

Parents must insist for receiving of refund application from the front office. The date of submission of refund application will be considered and not by the number of classes attended by the student or from the date the student discontinued attending the institute or course.
